Hi I’m trying to present a grid’s worth of options for this project where basically I want my users to select as many of the options as they want. Is this possible? Right now the only grids I see allow for only a single answer per row

Hi! Sorry, CIAS doesn't allow "check all that apply" in the grid format. There's too little "real estate" available on mobile devices to allow multiple options arranged horizontally. A series of screens using the multi-answer screen type might be your best bet. You can get more help anytime by signing up for office hours at https://www.cias.app/resources.
