I have a few clarification questions relating to IRB language as I am working on writing the protocol for my team's study intervention in CIAS: From the CIAS Helpful IRB Language document: "No PHI is communicated with the CAT-MH system and the linkage between the participant and their CAT-MH assessment results are solely accessible within the CIAS system" --does this mean that all CAT-MH data remains only within CIAS, or will survey results/any de-identified meta data also be stored or seen within Adaptive Technology servers? How is a participant's name linked with their data accross multiple survey sessions? Will a participation's name appear in our generated data report spreadsheet? If a participant ID is created instead to link participant data accross sessions, how is that linked with name and user account? If we are eventually able to create a user account with a phone number, will account registration require the same information form participant as creating an email account (first name, last name, etc.?)

I'm Mary Katherine, and if you've attended an orientation session or sought assistance with CIAS in the past year, chances are we've crossed paths. In addition to my role in supporting various studies within our lab, I take immense pride in being a member of the CIAS investigative team and leading the charge as the platform's primary trainer. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is discovering the myriad ways you all employ CIAS in your research pursuits and collaborating with you to uncover innovative uses for the platform. Helllo CIAS users! We are conducting a usability study as part of our ongoing efforts to make CIAS 3.0 as useful as possible for the research community. To that end, we are seeking participants who have (a) worked with digital health interventions (e.g., developing, maintating, programming, etc.) for a minimum of 1 year, (b) have a title of one of the following: PI, Co-I, Project Coordinator or Manager, Research Assistant, or Independent Contractor and (c) have never used CIAS. Participating in this study will take a total of about 2-hours over the space of roughly 2-weeks (5-minute eligibility survey, 1-hour training via Zoom, and a 1-hour usability interview sesssion via Zoom). All participants will receive training in CIAS 3.0 and acess to the platfform following completion of the study. Those who complete all requested activities will receive e-gift cards totaling $120.
